At JLX International Group, Sayed expanded corporate finance facilities from AED 2 million to AED 75 million, cut operating costs by over AED 2 million through contract optimization, and led ERP implementations that strengthened financial reporting and controls. At Venco Imtiaz Group, he managed project accounting, procurement controls, inventory systems, cost analysis, ERP implementation, and financial reporting for contracting and development projects.
